Hey fans,
The 25 flavors for 25 years Blizzard treat menu has been out for almost two months now. If you haven’t tried all 25, what are you waiting for? OK… I’ll cut you some slack, lucky for you the 25 flavors menu is here for the entire year!
Not that I’d ask you to pick just one, because I know that’s very difficult, but do you have a fave flave yet?
What’s that you say? What’s my fave? Oh, well thanks for asking! I would have to say it’s Double Fudge Cookie Dough…er, uhm… I mean Cappuccino Skor, no wait, it’s got to be Oreo CheeseQuake. You know what? I can’t make up my mind. I’ve got to say I love ‘em all!

Hey fans,
Unless you accidently joined the wrong fan club, I can assume that all of you are crazy about Blizzard treats (some of us more than others…cough-cough…umm…me). The Blizz has been a part of DQ culture for the past 25 years now and it has to be the best invention ever (sliced bread’s got nothing on the Blizz)! You probably didn’t know this, but in 1985, Americans bought a whopping 100 million Blizzard treats.
So, as we celebrate the Blizzard treat’s 25th Birthday, let’s take a look back on what tasty treat was on the DQ menu before the magnificent Blizz came along.
I dug through the HQ archives the other day (don’t tell anyone though, I’m kind of, not really allowed near there anymore) and I found a picture of this weird sundae called the Gooney Bird. All I have to say is, thank gosh for the inventor of the Blizz!

Hey fans,
Are you up for a challenge? Don’t worry, I’m not going to ask you to solve any impossible math equations. I’m talking about the Blizzard 25th Birthday Challenge. The folks over at DQ HQ have created the ultimate Blizzard treat taste test for the 25 flavors for 25 years menu.
Over the course of the year, they’ll be trying all 25 flavors and giving each one a Blizzard spoon rating from 1 to 3. They’re also going to pick the top flavor from each of the four categories (chocoholics, fruit fans, cookie lovers, and candy cravers).

Hey fans,
So, if you remember, last month I promised you that I’d give the first person with the correct answer of “Guess the Blizz” the distinct honor of Blizz Vice President for the month of January.
Well, within 34 minutes, we had a winner. The lucky fan was Nick Beddoes and I couldn’t have asked for a better second in command. But, sorry Nick, January is over and so is your title of VP.
You know what that means, fans, the title is up for grabs! Who’s going to be February’s Blizz Vice Prez?
The first fan to give me the correct flavor of this Blizz, that’s who!

Hey fans,
As you know, Sunday is Valentine’s Day! That’s right, it’s that time of year again to show your special someone just how much you care (as if fixing the garage door or picking up the dry cleaning weren’t enough).
So, what do you have planned? Dinner? Roses? Chocolates? Those things are all fine and dandy, but if you really want to surprise your sweetheart this V-Day, take them on a Blizz Date.
Nothing says “I love you” like creamy vanilla or chocolate soft serve mixed together with their favorite sweets. But, if you’re doubting me, then write, “I Love You” on the spoon… it’s red, the color of love.

Hello Blizz fans and welcome to Channel Blizz News (cue nightly news music)…
Tonight’s top story…Tom Brokaw, former NBC News anchorman, is a big Dairy Queen guy! And guess what his fave Blizz flave is? Well, you may be surprised. I was thinking it would be something classic like Oreo or Heath bar, as he seems like a classic kind of guy, doesn’t he? Well, old Tommy boy must have a bit of a wild side, because his favorite turns out to be the Tropical Blizzard treat.
In his new show on USA Network called, “American Character Along Highway 50,” Brokaw travels across the country capturing the changing face of the nation. Along the way, he apparently made frequent stops at Dairy Queen! Can you blame him?
